Waylon Hasty

Founder,Owner

Mr. Hasty is the director of the school and does instruction as well. He attended the University of West Alabama. He went through the apprentice program at Georgia Power and achieved the level of lineman and crew leader. Prior to his present duties at ELITE, he worked at Georgia Power for 15 years as lineman and crew leader.

Randy Annunziata

Instructor

Mr. Annunziata is an instructor here at ELITE that served in the US Marine Corps from 1977-1980. He started in the line work in 1981 and began his apprenticeship at that time. He has spent approximately 32 years in the utility industry as a lineman and crew leader. He recently retired from Georgia Power after being there for 11 years, and now finds it a privilege to be able to train and mentor young people beginning their new careers as linemen.

Shane Hiett

Instructor

Mr. Hiett is an instructor here at ELITE. He brings over 20 years line work experience from his time with Georgia Power. He finds it exciting to help develop young people to become dependable and efficient in their work habits.

Terry Jones

INSTRUCTOR

Mr. Jones is an instructor here at ELITE. He is recently retired from Jackson EMC, where he spent 36 years. He spent 20 years as a lineman and journeyman lineman, and 16 years in the job safety and training department, where he was responsible for training the apprentice linemen for Jackson EMC. 

Colton Witt

Marketing director

Mr. Witt is responsible for the marketing and promotional efforts of ELITE. He is a graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he received his Bachelors in Communications.

 

David Brown

Character Coach

Mr. Brown helps our students develop their character while they’re at ELITE. He comes once a week and presents a topic regarding life, personal values, and character. He is the pastor of Center Grove Baptist Church in Rock Spring, GA.

Stephanie Rowlls

Financial administrator

Mrs. Rowlls is responsible for financials at ELITE. She has over 20 years of experience as an office administrator, and started out at ELITE in that role. She now is responsible for book keeping, and financial planning.

Jordian Tipton

Recruiting director

Mrs. Tipton is responsible for outreach and communication with potential students. She has been personally impacted by the school as her husband was a student in the first class. She wanted to join ELITE so she could help make a difference in others lives in the way the school impacted her family. She brings 10 years customer service experience into her role with ELITE.

Joseph Burrage

CDL InSTRUCTOR

Mr. Burrage is a graduate of ELITE. While at ELITE his helpful and encouraging nature was noticed, especially when he was helping his fellow classmates on the CDL lot. He was offered the opportunity to be a CDL instructor and he took it. He loves being apart of a place where he gets to help people achieve something they thought they couldn’t.

Amie Brown

Office Administrator

Mrs. Brown is responsible for overseeing various important projects, as well as assisting the owner. She has almost 20 years experience as an office administrator.
